If you experience persistent technical issues that prevent the use of the core functionality of the service, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable time, you may be eligible for a refund for the portion of the subscription period affected by the issue.

b. Duplicate Charges

If you were accidentally charged more than once for the same subscription, we will issue a refund for the duplicate charge.

c. Non-Delivery of Service

If the service you subscribed to is not delivered as promised due to actions on our part, and you notify us within 45 days of the non-delivery, you may be eligible for a refund.

  • A description of the issue or reason for the refund request
  • Any relevant transaction or invoice numbers

4. Conditions for Refunds

Refunds will only be issued under the following conditions:

  • Timing: Refund requests must be submitted within 45 days of the date of the transaction or issue.
  • Non-usage of the Service: Refunds may not be issued for non-usage of the service during an active subscription period unless covered by another part of this policy.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Setup Fees: Any setup or onboarding fees associated with our services are non-refundable.
  • Partial Subscriptions: We do not issue refunds for partial months of service or unused features of a product.
  • Third-Party Integrations: Any fees or charges associated with third-party services integrated with our SaaS products are not refundable through us and must be resolved with the respective third-party provider.

6. Subscription Cancellations

If you choose to cancel your subscription, the cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to the service until the billing period ends, but no refunds will be provided for unused time.

7. Chargebacks and Disputes

If a chargeback or dispute is raised with your payment provider without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to terminate your account and any associated services immediately. Any disputes should be directed to us for resolution before taking such actions.
